Targa top replacement ??

Targa top replacement ??
I have a cracked acrylic top. My insurance company said they will replace it but I can't find a glass shop that will touch it. Went to the dealer and they want $3000 for the top, weatherstripping and fitting. Needless to say the insurance company is kicking and screaming !!
I remember seeing a couple of places online that I can send mine into and they will re-manufacture it. I can't find the link to them ???
Anyone know who rebuilds these tops.

They replaced mine last year without blinking an eye..
It was AROUND $1500 complete.

If your frame is still in fine shape, you can use it as a core. I believe Mid America has tops for $799.99 with a core exchange. If you look around you can find places that will exchange for $599.99.

I have found only one shop willing to deal with it but they are not very convienently located to me.

I had to replace mine, forgot to bolt it down (ooops).
My insurance company replaced it, but instead of buying the one from the GM dealer near my house they made me drive 3 hrs to get one from a vette shop because it was $200 cheaper.
