Default A/C Question

Does the 95 coupe have a filter for the hvac system? I had the ac on today and the fans speed was at 10 but it seemed as if the air flow was restricted somewhat. It was plenty cold so i know my compressor is good. Just wondering if i have a problem or if this is normal.
Thanks for the help
Tony

Sounds strangely similar to my problem, Except mine works great for a while then "plugs up". Fan runing like crazy but no air coming through.

I think that the condensor is freezing up not allowing air through it. Once the thing thaws out it will work again until it freezes up again. I think I have determined that it is the switch right near the firewall. I can't rememeber the name of the switch but it's purpose is to cycle the compressor on/off so it doesn't freeze the condensor up.

If the condensor is freezing up, that would mean your freon is low. However, I would think if that was the case you would get warm air once the condensor frooze up. At any rate, you might want to have your freon checked as a first step.
