How To Remove Ac Compressor?
Last fall my ac compressor bound up so I picked up a used one on Ebay. Well today started to r&r the compressor. I removed the top two bolts and the lines and the belt no small job on that back bolt. (had to remove the valve cover for clearance) However the compressor will not come out. Does anyone Know if there is a third bolt somewhere? I have a print out from a manual and it shows another bolt but says discontinued, and I can not seem to find one. I don't have a lift so I can't get under the car too well. Any suggestions on removal of this compressor would be helpful. Wayne

There is a torx bolt under the pulley at the bottom. I had to leave it out of mine due aftermarket heads. I'm pretty sure this is correct but its been over a year since I had mine out.
