Front Bumper Covers
Saddly, somebody decided to 'nudge' my vette in a parking lot and damaged the front bumper cover.
So, here is the request, since I likely need to replace the cover, I was wondering what there is in the aftermarket to replace the factory bumper. Photos or links to web sites would be helpful.
Just trying to consider all of my options before I go for the repair.

Any reputable shop that has any knowledge of Corvettes and their urethane bumpers will tell you to stick with GM original pieces. There are two types of fibreglass aftermarket covers and they both require a lot of fitment work. Also the hard fibreglass will shatter on almost any impact. I replaced mine with a good used original piece and did very little fitment. The hard part is finding one without the wavy surface, I searched for almost a year and ended up with a very nice one from Vette2Vette (815) 673-6200.
