Dunno where you saw it, but they are all over eBay. In addition, O'Reilly, Advance, AutoZone, NAPA, etc. all have them. If you just need a reader for OBD-I, that's a pretty standard price.

For your 91, you don't need to spend the $$ for a reader (unless you just want another gadget). Auto Zone used to sell a "key" for OBD I for ~$1.50. Even had the prongs labled AB, AG etc. Just use that (or a bent paperclip) to jump "A" and "G", turn your ignition to the run position, and your speedo becomes the reader.

Or, if you have a laptop handy... try making a cable and downloading a copy of WinALDL...

WHOA! Steel how the heck do you know what is wrong with it? What do you mean your speedo becomes the reader? I think there is a 02 sensor is bad, the gauges won't tell me that? Will they?

If you don't have code 13, 14 or 15 the ecm sees no problem with the O2 sensor.
