I was afraid to ask that exact same question but when I kept noticing it as the most recent post on threads near the top i was able to figure that one out.
Don't worry about it being "stupid." I was afraid to ask it, I didn't wanna look like a noob. You at least had the cahones to ask it!

Think of volleyball - the bump shoots the ball straight up in to the air.

Open a new document
Click on Insert, Then symbol
Find the symbol click on inserst then close
In the document itself, right click on the symbol then simultaneously hit Ctrl and C
or clickon copy
Then in the CF post clicksimultaneoulsy on Ctrl and V
