One Lap ???
Has anyone on here done the One Lap that Brock Yates runs? http://www.onelapofamerica.com/
I'm thinking of doing this with my dad and wondered if anyone had any car prep tips or any other information that might help us properly prepare for the trip. I'm not trying to be competitive with the sponsored cars; I just want to go and have fun on all of those different tracks.
I have a '96 LT4 w/ ZZ9 cam, Corsa, K&N, cross-frame, camber brace, and cross-bar--41K miles. I've thought about a brake upgrade, but not sure if I need to go with all new stuff or if installing new high performance pads (Hawk) is sufficient. Like I said, I'm not looking to set track records, but I don't want to end up broken down somewhere because I didn't prep my car properly either.

My brother and I have done it twice and will again in 2006...although with his car (not a Corvette).
