digital dash replacement?
my digital dash cluster in my 86 went black, i chased all the grounds?? so i am seeing guy on the net Gene Taber, send in your dash he will fix for $185. then i see he has a one with new LCD's, new power supply and everything checked and one year warrenty for $550 and hell give you money for your old one, LCD's worth $50 each, case worth $25, curcuit broad worth $25. total $200. but i think my center were the gas gauge is bad since i can see it all the time so i am looking at $150 back. which would be the smarter thing to do, $185 fix problem, $400 after core return for almost new dash?

From my experience Gene is a straight shooter. Why not send him yours if he can't fix it for $185 then buy the new one. BTW at $185 his prices are down. I paid much more than that but it was quite a long time ago,
