Default digital dash

the dash in my 89 works fine but the left side is not as bright as the right side.is this the bulbs and how do you replace them.

It is most likely a bulb or 2. My take on it- take the whole display out. Replace all the bulbs- not just the ones burnt out or you will repeat this job 3 more times real soon. Also replace the bulb sockets ( you can buy the bulbs with sockets). Some say you can replace the bulbs from the front- it has never worked well for me. These are halogen bulbs- don't touch with your fingers. Good luck finding bulbs.

NAPA sells a replacement bulb, can't remember number but is cheaper than original.

yeah go to NAPA and ask for 194's with the socket and change all 4. they were $2.95 each!
