Wow, I can't believe BOTH of those offenses are MISDY'S!! WTF?! Driving drunk OR Hit & Run here in CA are both VERY bad Felony's.

,also he would be guilty of eluding,felony leaving the scene of an injury accident,and tampering with evidence (assuming he stashed his soiled shorts while hiding)
