Whats wrong with this picture

I dont know what this is supposed to look like but the switch seems like its missing something. Its not loose and doesnt look broken but something just isnt right

oh. Thats cool. I thought maybe it was missing a border. And yes its the back of the seat. Sorry i didnt give much of a description
