I "inquired" about lowering my car a little, and I think I heard to lower the front of a C4 you actually have to cut the springs? Does that sound right to anyone else?
I dont think you have to cut the springs, their is a couple plastic or rubber wedges or something that need to come out.
Coil overs is always an option but its expensive as hell.
Just show you to stay away from dealers they screw you on trade in and double the price on the lot.Beautiful car for the money. Why can't I ever get a deal like that....
Can't figure for the life of me why he would lower this thing considering they ride like a go cart anyway. Weird.... Hopefully it won't be too much of a nightmare to change back to stock.
Because lowered vettes look awesome. Non lowered C4's look like 4x4's.
And my 91 A4 rides no different now than it did before I lowered it.
Nice Riide, looks great
I think redoing the front ride height is probably a huge pain (read many threads about it) but I can appreciatte making it fact. original.
Wow! That's a very sweet price for a very sweet car! Congrats on the new addition to the family. I've had an '84 and an '88 vert before, and now have both a '92 vert and a '94 coupe in the garage.
When it comes to bang for the buck, nothing beats a C4.
