hi i got in my car today and turned the car on only to find that i had no electronic dash working , but the strange thing is that the two turn signal lights & high beam light is constantly on ,also when the sun is shining on the dash you can see that all the guages are still working but no lights any suggestons would help . thanks evereyone
Common failure. You have lost the ground for the dash and the dash current is flowing through the turn signal lamps causing them to light.
See, http://www.batee.com/corvette/dcrg/index.shtml,
I used to punch, kick, and hit my head against my old digidash. But then I followed that link above me, did some soldering, wire jumpering and using my common sense soldered a short piece of copper wire through the stupid "photo eye" dimmer. Now my digidash is never intermittant, unless it rains hard and the windows leak water... bleh... another effing problem.
I plan to change the color of the digidash by changing out the color film and if possible, replace the bulbs with some bright white LEDs with some light color filtering. Good luck, I almost guarantee that you should be fine afterwards.

Is that what that little square window on the dash is? The photo dimmer? I have always wondered about that.
My dash does the same thing with the two turn signals and high beam light coming on. The dash is ok for a while and then I hit a bump or the car gets warm or something. Good to hear that this isn't just a problem for my vette.
All to frequent with our digi dashes-order Gordon Killebrews book for about $30-great trouble shooter and problem solver-the above is also great advice, and most often solves the problem.
