actually i went and picked it up at the post office and i did not recieve mulitply emails. i was not happy with the experience, I sent $130.00 then i was told to send $10.00 more but the total was $134.99, you really need a better website or take phone orders. i dont care about the $5.00 but at least print out some directions.

Interesting scenario. I too would prefer to have a phone number in case of a misunderstanding. A human being behind a product does wonders for me. My 02.

If you do not feel comfortable buying direct given the method of payment and the e-mail based support there is a FULL dealer listing on our web page.

Dealers such as Blowerworks and Thunder Racing, More Performance, Harris Speedworks etc. are experts when it comes to the C4 fuel systems.

I ordered a pump from them on Monday - Got an immediate confirmation and had the pump sitting on my table the next day - I'd deal with them again in a heart beat. I think this was just a mis-understanding

I just ordered the Fuel pump kit from them not but 20 minuted ago. Ofcourse for the 84-85. But voila, I get a email saying
"1986-1989 C4 Corvette 255L/Hr HP Fuel Pump Assembly @ $124.99 + $15.00 S&H
Item/Product Number: RX-C469-FPA-B"

Receipt Number: 2739-0473-8499-2827

I didn't use my paypal, because I hate it.
Now ofcourse I cannot get ahold of them, because the email link on the site doesn't work & we have to go through the admin here to get ahold of them. I like this....
"Keep your Receipt Number (shown above) for future reference. You will need to refer to this number if you need customer service from Racetronix or from PayPal"
I didn't use Paypal & the only means of conting him are through the admin here. What kind of crap is that?

So I guess I have to wait to have it shipped here just to send it right back & HOPE it lets me order the correct one.
