If I press the door lock button o the remote to unlock and then lock the alrm goes off, so I don't think it's the switch.By going off I mean it turns off!

how do you know it's off? try this, roll a window down, walk away, let the car lock itself. put your key fob down and walk back to car and reach in to unlock the door. the alarm will go off.
There is no need to press any buttons on the fob to lock or unlock the door. It's passive, you only need to be near the car to lock or unlock.

Assuming you don't have an aftermarket set up.
it usually works fine, you walk away and the doors lock and the horn beeps.

I meant the door ajar switches one on each door. You could have one that has an intermittent open or short which is telling the system the door opened.
The only couple things I can think of off the top of my head would be to remove the switch, test it with a DVM in both positions see if there is an intermittent short. Clean it with some contact cleaner spray... but my guess is it's a sealed component (I haven't removed one yet.) The other is replace the switches provided they are not an arm and a leg and see if the problem goes away.
Did you happen to pull codes to see if one had been set?
PKE system I believe is M to A on the DLC which flashes the Security lamp for the number of the DTC. I can look this up if you want me to be 100% certain or if you have the service manuals its discussed in the diagnostics. Other than that A-G reviews the CCM's DTCs.
Another quick test to ensure part of the system is working is to roll down the windows, use a key without the FOB (FOB out of range), put the key in the ignition and lock & close the door. It should unlock the moment the door is closed.
Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Mine would stay on for a long while, but eventually shut off.
All I know is that the alarm would go off at 3:00am quite often until I disconnected the switch(after replacing it three times).
