What year C4 has factory 6 speed & round rear bumper
2 questions:
1. What year C4's came from the factory w/ a 6 speed manual tranny?
2. What year C4 did they go from the sunk in rear bumper like on the 88 to the rounded out rear bumper?

Just a guess........... 1990 for the 6 Speed.
1991 was the first year for the more rounded rear end, excluding the ZR1 of course which started that look in 1990.

First year of the six-speed was 1989
first year of the convex rear fascia was 1991 (on 1990 ZR'1s as well)

89 and 90 have zf6 and round taillights
89 has the old interior, 90 has the new one.
Here's a breakdown of the major changes during that period...
88 - new suspension & wheel offsets
89 - zf6
90 - new interior
91 - new body style
92 - LT1 motor

Someday I'd like to get a 1990 as I prefer the round tail lights and the newer style interior.

I don't dislike the newer C4 interiors, but I dig the old school dash.
