speeding ticket
Well not even one month of owning her and she got in trouble. 92 in a 60 east bound on the page extension in St. Louis. After a lawyer takes care of it I'm looking at a fine plus community service. Damn that thing is fast....

My experience tells me a ticket written for 92 usually means he caught you at 98.

Dont know where you are at, but in Nor. Va (fairfax co.), when cought going 20+ mph over the posted limit is wreckless driving. The county is cracking down hard with 1 to 30 days in jail. Even if you bring a lawyer with you.

That's pretty sad that it's becoming a criminal act. Sounds like a fun legislative bandwagon to jump on. They should reduce all the highways to two lanes so we have to follow single file, that'll be safer.

If you talk to the cop, he may give you a break.
Try lines like this:
"I just got it and didn't realize its power'.
'I never look at the speedometer, I look for road hazards and other cars'.
'I'm not going to lie, I was going fast, but I don't know exactly how fast'.
Never be arrogant to a cop, like waving a red flag in front of a bull.
I got stopped once in this Vette, going 60 in a 25 zone.
I talked to him in a friendly manner.
He looked up my license, its clean.
He gave me a ticket for no seat belt.
Saved me allot of money and problems.
(respectively of course)
