What is the grandsport with 12 tail lights? When I was a young kid I saw one of those in my neighboorhood in houston driving around. The guy around the corner must have owned it, he has about 50-100 vettes. I just saw a pic of it again in a thread today, and thought "I've seen that before"

The Guldstrand GS-90, its not a Grandsport, its based on the 95 ZR1. Very rare i believe. 6 little round lights on each side at the rear, and newly designed body for most of the panels.
Have any of you seen the video tape called America's Fastest Cars? It has Detleff Stevenson and Dick Guldstrand on it talking about the GS-90(amongst a few others),which is painted the same or simular to a grandsport. Id never seen they did a convertible too, its got the same body design as the GS-90. Looks like it would be hard to see much in the rearview mirrors!!
Yeah...my neighboor had that blue coupe when I was growing up. I think their name was Lebay or something like that, and they were in magazines a couple times for the collection. Thnx guys...I always wondered what that one was.
I kinda think that body kit looks pretty cool but that rear end is hideous
I am going to have to disagree with you on that... that car is so gorgeous it is definately up there with the Callaways... the rear and the front give it an exotic look to it... absolutely stunning

I'll have to go with TA on this one.... those taillights look like something right out of a Northern Tool catalog (from the trailer lamp section). Otherwise, the body does look good. Hey... Guldstrand is a legend, but sometimes even legends have brain farts
I had forgotten about the GS Coupe. I fell in love with the Nassau Roadster (partial to red) which I think came out afterwards as a companion to the coupe. Both are really nice pieces.
Unlike most kit cars, its aparently quite a stout performer....
I agree and I am not knocking it, well not on purpose anyways, but the look is too far from the original lines for me. Since it is rare I would like to see it and snap a few pics just to say I saw one once.
Maybe I need to see it up close and maybe take a test drive in it to get a good honest feel for it and then post my opinions
