Body Shop Delay Problem

Car has been in the shop 10 days for a convertible top replacement. Labor is supposed to be 6-7 hours. 1 excuse after another. What are my options?

Have they started the job yet?

If not, consider picking it up and giving the job to somebody else.

Have no idea. Finally had some time to go by there, but it's all locked up with no windows. I'll try tomorrow and see what happens.

Tell em you are deducting $50 a day for each day past the original promise date thay are late.
