ZAP!!! Electrical problem
Neighbor has a 84 cross fire and while he was changing the plugs on the passenger side, 2nd one from firewall, he touched something very very close to the plug on the block and it sparked dramatically (his very words). I looked at it and really cant tell what it is. Kinda looks like a grounding strap of some sort.
The big problem is now his instrument cluster is all wacky crazy reading.
ANY IDEAS GUYS???
