Thought the 'vented' Opti was OE on the 95, so your vacume line engine compartment's diagram may show you where.
Otherwise if your doing a conversion from non-vented to vented, Here is the link the tech-tip which described the conversion, towards the bottom it describes where the vacume lines go:

The tech tip should help clarify it (without reading it I'd guess the other line would go to a vacume source under the driver side valley cover to some 'T' connector.
One is vacuum, off the intake. The other is a fresh air source. Take it from somewhere after the air filter. Punch a small hole in the duct in front of the throttle body, and install a grommet, then push the end of the line in there.

I think I got it figured out... The one with the filters goes to the front of the intake under the throttle body, and the other goes to the air intake duct. Does this sound right?
The hose with the little diaphams plugs into the vacuum nipple above the PCV valve, on the drivers side the other without the diaphrams plus into the air inlet anywhere in front of the throttle body...
