Default top speed pics.

Anyone have any pictures of the fastest they have ever gone in a C4 or just tell us. I don't even know the top speed of mine b/c i just got it and the weather isn't very nice in Il. Plus i think i better get used to the car and get some new tires on before i even think about it. I know i had my 94 formula up to 140 and that was fast enough for me but i felt that it had more in it.

These high speeds would be at the track of course as speeding is on public roads is discouraged here.

I don't see why it would be locked. There has been no mention of high speeds on public roads and there are a few sig lines with pics of the dash at 140+, (European members).

Generally, these types of threads get locked because the majority of these high speeds are achieved on the street, not at the track. hence, the .

Where do you think i achieved my high speed? . . . I'm not saying what the high speed was or where i achieved it.

Someone is always bound to say something more than just simply their top speed... maybe something along the lines of "I hit 167mph on Santa Monica Blvd. at 3:30 in the morn just the other day"

I'd like to do this in the Autobahn. For now I could only do 205 mph on jackstands, no wheels. I'll have to get a pic for ya'll when I'm gonna remove my wheels.

I know why they usually get locked, but nobody said anything like that......until you came along (There needs to be a, "Just pulling your chain" smiley)

I just about have my car finished...on it's first 1/4 mile run I hit 130 as near the end(well had a ways to go) but the hood scoop started to lift off so I had to get out of it fast. Honestly, while it's not that fast, that's as fast as I've been.

I didn't know that their was a problem with telling how fast you have ever gone. I figure if it was because it was illegal then they would have to sensor a lot of things like kinds of mufflers and all different engine mods that are not allowed in most states. We are all old enough to understand what happens if we do get cought going fast. if it was illegal
