I had a flex fuel truck that I wanted to supercharge. I was told that the injectors were larger because E85 has less energy. I'd guess that at best, it would run like crap in stock form with E85 and at worst, your Multecs will die out pretty quick. If you want to have the car set to run E85, it would need different injectors and programming.
