Yes it will! You need the pumpkin and bat wing and the dana 44, stick car driveshaft. Simply put you automatic car yoke on it and that is it. Change speedo gears if different ratio is used.

OK I see the Pumpkin
Bat Wing
Drive Shaft

Where's the C beam?

If you have a 4L60E you don't need speedo gears, you can make the adjustment via the computer. IE your 1994 and 1995.

I tried to do it without the D44 C-beam and had to have one over nighted, I will never forget it!

One other thing on a 95 and probably your 94, the car will over rev at WOT until the transmission tables are adjusted. The 4l60E transmissions shift at preset speeds and with 3.45s the engine is reving pretty high in first if the tranny tries to shift at 60. So you will need to change your transmission shift tables.

I would invest in a Hypertech power programmer.GM parts dirrect was selling them at Christmas time for $199.00 ,I would check their first.

C-beam bolt tork 39 ft lbs front trans and 49 ft lbs rear.
Have fun and just about when your about to give up on installing the c-beam it will slide right in ,don't forget the jack stands front and rear for the right angle,to install the C- beam.
