Hard to understand. If you're going to do a buy it now, at least make it for the value of the car! And I guess loaded means no polished wheels, but you DO get the ultra rare FORD MUSTANG tailights and gauge cluster!

People get greedy and greedy people get stupid I have seen lots of auctions like that. However, it is usually some 1960s muscle car worth 6 figures for under 10K.

If you click on "View Seller's Other Items" you'll see that the seller has 4 cars for sale. A Cad, Corvette, BWM and a Mustang.
The BMW is going for 12 grand, the rest for 18 grand.
just another example that eBay is a target rich environment for scammers. Does ebay care you might ask? Not a bit because they get their listing fee from the crooks as well as the good guys.
