HELP w/Part #
HI guys. I dont visit this side of the house very much but I have a friend that owns a white '92. He's looking for the part number for the review mirror bracket. Specifically the part that attaches to the windshield, not the piece that attaches to the mirror. It appears to me that there is two different pieces we hope have two different part numbers.
One last thing can you all recommend a place to get this part at a resonable price.

I also thought the C4's never has one mount on the windshield.
Anyway, I replaced my mirror with a windshield mounted one. The buttons and glue at most autoparts store. Just make the button fits the mirror before mounting.

Not sure of the part# but it is a C4 only mirror and may be tough to find it outside of the boneyards. It can be replaced as mentioned above by putting a button onto the winshield then any GM mirror will work.Actually I am considering doing this myself to install a self dimming mirror.These mirrors sit at headlight level and can blind you and the old style flip to manually dim switch is pretty pathetic.I thought those went out in the 60s.
