Ignore my previous thread. I meant to ask about a MAF sensor, not a MAP sensor.
Will a bad MAF sensor make your car idle rough, or hard to start?
Mine is about 2 years old.

Yes it will make it idle poorly. Try disconnecting it and starting the car. If it runs better, check all of the wiring to the MAF and relays. If that is all good, hook the MAF back up, start the car and rap on the MAF housing with a screwdriver handle. If the idle quality changes when doing this...time for a new MAF.
