Wheels question

OK so I saw the deal on the black z06 replicas that tomzwheels has goin on, and was wondering how they would look on my car. I really like black wheels, but have been skeptical about putting them on my car. They would look great while the hardtop is on, but with the white softtop, would it just look bad? I think if its got the polished lip they would look ok, its just really hard to pass on this deal!

I think white wheels would look better on your car....sort of ala Challenge cars.
But, that's just me.

So completely black is no good, but as long as it has the polished lip its good.

I'm looking at those wheels also, my problem is offset. The wheels they
have on sale are not the proper offset for my 85'. Has anyone used spacers? Sorry, not trying to steal your thread.

white would be great, but probably a bad idea for me. my vette is just my beater. dont get me wrong i take care of it just like every other guy, but just not as much as i should, white wouldnt look good for long
