they had none of the plastic reinforcement that is needed for good sealing
windshield piece seemed to be shaped wrong in the top corners

From what i gathered (after purchase), there is no reinforcement in the ends of the strip where it meets door glass. The glass going up and down causes the strip to be pulled into the door cavity.
Since i have them already, i'm going to see what i can do to remedy the situation and make them work. The ones i have on now are toast so any improvement is better. Someday i will come upon a set of GM ones that won't cost me an arm and a leg.
