Default Sonofa B!!! O2 sensor...Again!

This will make #4 in as many years, all w/in 20K miles. I've done some research on them to understand what the do's and don't are, and as far as I can tell, I'm not violating any rules regarding installation, etc.

I don't have any RTV silicone gaskets, the airway is clear, new valve cover gaskets = NO oil leaking down around or on the leads, using BP 93 octane, exclusively...

Anybody having problems with Bosch (heated) O2s besides me? Maybe I should go back to the OEMs, pricy as they may be...

(BTW, I provided a Bosch rep one of my failed sensors, and he said he would get back to me, after they did an analysis. I think after I left he analyzed his tossing technique with my O2 sensor and trash can. Neither the dealer nor I eve heard a thing from the rep after that.)

Since you didn't mention anything about throwing a code or the prob. w/ the 02 (bl's etc.) You will need to scroll down but here is some related info regarding 02 and ECU:

That is a worth while post for you to read just curious, how did you determine the 02 sensor (all four of them) were bad. Was it because the car smelled pig rich?

Making a LSS, I was having a problem, but the shop said, "No problem found", even tho it was throwing a code indicating a bad O2. So, I bought an X-Ray Scanner that shed the light of truth on the problem, and over the past 4 years, I've had 4 O2s, all Borch, go bad. I'm considering going w/ the OEMs and see if they last any longer.
