I for one will stop talking on my cell phone (hands free) when they out law eating burgers, drinkinging those darn 100 oz. drinks, ladys puting on there faces on the way to work, I have even seen people reading a paper back book and drive, and yes the best to date a lady puting on panty hose(fun to watch but not in the lane next to mine). Anyway congrates on getting out of the ticket. We all need a brake once in a while.

You would have gotten three tickets..one for no seat belt, one for not having a hands free device for your cell...and of course speeding..I just have to ask..what are you thinking driving around without a seatbelt..

I agree with all of them! I wish they would OUTLAW cellphone use period! Hands free or otherwise, I've had a few near misses due to drivers not paying attention, I NORMALLY do waer my seatbelt and I NEVER talk on the cell in traffic. Now speeding is another story, Ive had many for speeding and refuse to do the speedlimit nearly anywhere even in front of the law (although I may slow down a bit) unless safety becomes an issue such as heavy traffic, construction sites, school zones etc. The worse thing about the speeding ticket is dealing with the Ole Lady when I tell her I need the $100+.

Writing tickets is protecting and serving. Its called traffic enforcement.
He never writes anyone who isn't 15 mph over the limit.
On I-5 thats 85 mph with the wife and two children onboard in a pouring rain.
You'd be amazed at just how many fatals that he see daily. Cause speeding, reckless driving, drunk drivers, teenagers DOA for not wearing seat belts and drinking in the new car that Daddy bought for her.

He pulled over Boyd Coddingtons kid and when "Chris" demanded to know if he knew who his dad was, he replied my pen doesn't.

"Chris" was speeding.......

He pulled over a mother doing 125 mph in her Mercedes with her kid in the car. The kid is a innocent passenger.
When hes not writing tickets he's helping stranded motorists when no-one else will stop for them.
Then theres the back up for the local police tracking down armed robbers. Last year he was in the hosptial visiting a fellow officer who was shot for doing his job.
Six CHP Officers have been killed in the line of duty in the last 5 months.
What did they die for? Protecting and serving.

He's an ex-Marine who severed his country in Q-8 and Irag.
How can you have a problem with that?
