pulled over today!
got pulled over in my Dodge Ram today. Was talking on the phone and not even looking at the speed. As soon as I seen him turn around I threw on my seatbelt and pulled over. When he asked if I knew why he pulled me over I said "probably cuz I wasn't paying attenton to my speed" so he let me go since I was honest. Good thing I wasn't in the vete he'd of probably wrote it anway.

I carry a "Get out of jail free" card from a Monopoly game in my Vette. Believe it or not it has worked twice... The police pulled me over, I offered the card and said, "I don't suppose you honor these, do you?" and twice I got a big laugh and was told to watch my speed and sent on my way without a ticket.

Like I have said here in the past, be honest and don't have an attitude and in most cases you will just get a warning. But also be aware their are some cops out their that you would think they are on commission with the amount of tickets they write.

and I usually waer them at all times, but I left the nursery and it was just a short jog home and figured what the heck. Although I read statistics show that most fatal accidents occur 5 miles or less from home.

Driving is a full time job, talk on the phone when you aren't driving and please wear your seatbelt at all times. It could save your life oneday when you crash into something because you weren't paying close enough attention when you were talking on your cellphone while driving !

But he did say that he got the atta boy award for writing 150 tickets.
