Sad state of affairs I agree. Everyone has there limits and someone here said it right, it comes to a point were the weekly fixes are not fun anymore. Almost like the car did not like me to be happy with it is what I came up with. After every fix I smiled but not for long, nearly every part replaced and yet another "gremlin" or small leak or something as simple as the hood not opening would tear me down.

Oh well, maybe a C5 sometime but I am leaving the 80's for a long while.

P.S, The Swedish built a nice machine guys, I have had 3 of these including a convertible and have had very little wrong with them. Easy to work on , everything is cut and dry, direct ignition on mine, takes 10 minutes to replace the plugs and wires and everything is right there.

2.0 16 DOHC Turbo with Intercooler and a 5 Speed. Very fun to drive and very tight suspension. No squeaks or rattles on these things. Turbo whistles good as your boost goes up.

Bottom line, for now, I am happy (of course that could always change).
