Get the GM shop manual aka Helms instead.
I got it off no problem. It turns out the fan itsself broke, it looks like it was rubbing the outside housing of the fan, that may have been what burned up the fan motor- chunks of stuff fell out of the fan motor when I took it off. A new fan motor cost about 30 bucks (already got it at AZ) and a new fan looks like its going to be 25 bucks. Cheap easy fix but I cant drive it for a few days.

It looks really sweet
But I have a question:
Are you sure it's an '87? Those wheels are the '84-'85 type.
Maybe I'm mistaken..?
Either way, enjoy 'er! She'll bring a smile to your face every day =)

Well the title says '87 and the VIN matches up, so unless the titles forged...

Did you by chance buy your vette from someone in Greentown, IN? I saw a car that looks like yours there for sale recently.

Another one is hooked for life. After playing with other chevy muscle cars for years I keep asking myself "what took you so long?"
