Default A/C Flow Question

On my 95 when I turn the A/C on the air flow seems to be weak. I have the digital climate control option. I have tired turning it down to 60 and the car does cool down but i takes a long while. The air that does come out is ice cold so i know its not a charge problem. I have noticed that some of the cold air is comming out of the heater vents. The a/c programmer is not showing error codes leading to a stuck mode door. So here is my question does the c4 have a hvac filter like the one on my 99 GTP. And if so where is it located.

Thanks for any help
Tony

there is a thread where a guy showed what was stuck in his Evap.......it was gross and Hairy. One of the guys that knows something will find that link to the post and show you how to clean that thing so the air can get through. I am not familiar enough yet to tell you how to do it........but that is your problem

Sounds like the fan is not going into high mode. If you select the recir mode, does the fan come on high?

When this happens has the vehicle been sitting in the sun, so that the solar sensor has been baked?

As for the second question yes the fan does come on high when on recirc. Also tested the voltage to the fan and it is supplying 14 volts
