I think some people over use it. If you dont know what youre doing you could lose a engine.

I agree. Like anything else you can kill it with kindness. My rule of thumb is to wait 7500 miles between any fuel additives, if I need any at all.

1) Yes, adding it to your gas is one of its intended uses.
2) Near full is okay, the directions on the label say to average 1 oz. of Seafoam per gallon of gas.
I agree with the previous comments, be sure not to overuse.

I live in Canada. Two places I found it around here are Napa and Piston Ring. $14 even after taxes.
