How loud....

is this chambered exhaust system? What does it mean when they say chambered? Does anyone have a similar system on there early c4?

I think a chambered exhaust is when the pipe is crimped every 10-14 inches to take place of the mufflers......it will sound like the old glass pack mufflers....

Chambered mufflers were standard equipment on 1964-65 Oldsmobile Starfire's. The Olds Starfire exhaust system was unique as the left side was 2 inches in diameter and the right side was 2 1/4 inches in diameter. My Father had one in '64, I loved that car! If you like a loud low rumble that will shake stuff in your house, these are for you.
