Such requests are not allowed on this forum. Someone tipped off Carfax, and Carfax began to monitor this forum for such requests and for the forum members who would give them. Then they began to crack down on forum members who would give reports to people like you asking for them, with actual copies of the forum thread where the requests took place.
Just pay the $20 or at least take it to PM's.

Carfax isn't allowed anymore for the reasons already stated.
