Hello, I will try and do the best I can to explain what I asking about, because it is a little hard to picture.
I recently installed a new stereo system and I have a sub in the hatch, right next to the sub box is a custom box that I built. The custom box houses the amplifier and the capacitor, however one of the walls of the custom box is naked with nothing mounted there.
I would like to find a C4 logo that is around 10"x10" that I could mount right onto the box for a customized look. I tried to find the embroidery pattern to sew it on, but no luck. Thanks in advance for any ideas...
Go to a graphics shop that makes stickers with your idea. There has to be something in your neck of the woods. You might be surprised what they can do. Good idea....let us know how it turns out with pics when done.
Might be hard to find a graphics shop with any GM logos anymore... I dont know about these days, but the shop we had in our warehouse a few years back, GM pulled all licensed logos from the logo books its hard to find any Corvette of other chevy (or any GM) logos these days that can be commercially reproduced.
I have a coule of pic files with C4 logos that I was going to take to an embroidery shop to do a similar thing. I think were talking about $100 or so to convert the pic into an embroidery file. Send me an e-mail to rstackjd@yahoo.com and I'll send them to you.
As long as this is for personal use only I don't believe you are violating GM's intellectual property rights, but don't even think about trying to make multiple sets for resale - they'll getcha
I have a CAD file of the C4 logo that I did up for my homepage. Any graphics artist should be able to convert this to a postscript type file needed for what you are looking for.
