Code 54??

Code 54??
Ok i figured my other post was to winded for people to read, i am having starting troubles when its cold on my 85 L98, check engine comes on after it finally starts, but if i turn it off and back on it fires right up and no check engine light. Anyways i check the codes and it flashed code 54 three times. I did searchs and can not find a code 54...53 and 55 yes but no 54....any suggestions?

NM i found this doing a google search instead
Code 54: Fuel pump: Low fuel pump voltage. Sets when the fuel pump voltage is less than 2 volts when reference pules are being received
Sooo does this mean i need a new fuel pump then? or could it be the fpr that is the problem?
