If he dropped it off LAST NIGHT, why isn't it on TONIGHT???
Wish I could put it on but the car was totaled a month ago and I'm waiting on the rebuild/paint job and I just decided to upgrade the exhaust while replacing broken parts

oh crap...talk about a joke that backfired...sorry.
Though I may never change my exhaust system for my current vette, my next vette, which is a mere 2.3 yrs away, will very likely get an upgrade. I love to look at the sytems you guys receive. Just like rel3rd, i can never wait to put on something new on my vette.
The system looks , be sure to post pics once you're done.

The previous owner of my LT4 planned to put Billy Boat cat backs on her. While I was at Funfest last weekend I noticed that Billy Boat had a booth there and were doing free installs along with giving a 15% discount on their products. I went up to the booth and asked the guys if they had anything that would fit a 96 vert. They told me that they only brought systems for C5s and C6s!
Brandt is planning on buying the car back from me so I thought I would do the install and pass the cost along to him. I'm really disappointed that they do not consider the C4 to be "spongeworthy".
I also checked at the Borla and Corsa booths and they did not bring any C4 parts with them either!
Are we chopped liver?
I'll bet those Flowmasters sound muscular. Congratulations and hope you get her back on the road soon.
An Ex-flowmaster owner says u will love it as much as i did. If i were u i had remove that resonater and in place of it install an X-pipe which build more torque at low rpm. To get the full benefit of sound remove Cat's whoooaa. I like little more louder so i went with Muff elims.

I was thinking about this but I'm moving to Cali and from what I've heard the CA LEO can impound your car if the exhaust system is not similar to the standard exhaust (i.e. same pieces in same places)

I can't wait. IMO the car needs to be louder than the stock system, just not enough GROWL there.
Thanks for all the well wishes. When the car comes back out of the shop I'll post a sound clip for ya

If those are Flowmaster 50's, they're not going to be much louder than stock...until you bury your foot in the throttle body, then they'll wake up. Resonance will be minimal. You did good with that Force II system! Reasonably priced, with impressive performance gains.
