Default New Guy Here

Hi all, just wanted to say hi. I just picked up a Burgundy 1990 with a little over 53,000 mile and some mods already done to her. Pretty sure she was rear ended at some point, there is a minor crack that was repaired on the right rear quarter panel, and the rear end was changed to the 91-96 style.

So far I can tell she has:

- Headers (ceramic coated not sure what brand)
- Cat (Catco or Magnaflow maybe?)
- Borla Cat-Back
- Vortech Intake
- SLP Runners
- BBK Throttle Body
- Hypertech Cap
- Accel Wires
- Upgraded injectors
- 160 degree thermostat
- The ECU has been tinkered with, fans come on to compliment the thermostat. One of the first things I want to dive into is some tuning software.

So a lot of the basic mods I planned on doing have been done. Guess I'll do all my fluid changes, get a new set of shock, replace the brakes/lines, general mantainance stuff and run some more miles on her and figure out what's next in the upgrade path.

I've wanted a Vette since I could barely ride a bike, and I finally got one at 27, I'm very excited. Too bad it's just in time for the weather to start getting nasty here in Chicago, and she'll spend a while sleeping in the garage.

Sounds like a good vette. Welcome to the corvette forum. This is an excellent place to learn things about these cars. Hope to see you around.

p.s. It makes it easier on everyone if your profile is filled out.
