flat tire....
so I just got my new tires about a week and a half ago.....and today when I left work, the car is feeling a little squirrly and I hear what sounds like a flat tire......but that can't be....I have brand new tires.......but I pull right off to check....and sure enough, the right front is flat as can be. I didn't feel like messing with the spare, so I just called roadside assistance, and had them send a flatbed to come pick it up and drop it off back at the place that put the tires on. I looked at the tire, and so did the tow truck driver, and neither of us saw a nail or anything, so who knows what the deal is....
And I learned another little interesting (and annoying) quirk.. I had the top off, and since the right front was flat, it flexed the car just enough so that the front bolts on the top wouldn't line up so I could tighten the roof down.
Once the wrecker got there, he had a little compressor and put air into the tire, and then it all lined right back up and I was able to secure the roof. (so you can disregard my voicemail Lani)So much for going to the grocery store tonight......easy mac it is
