Default Antenna problem?

The antenna on my '94 still has about 4" sticking out. It's cold this morning (32 F), maybe it's cold natured? It was working fine in the warmer tmps. Iv'e just had this 'vette a few days. Still getting aquainted with it.

I had the same problem with mine a few years ago.
Turned out I needed a new antenna motor.
Sorry I can't be more help.

Thanks for the reply. I wiped off the antenna at full extension & it worked fine then. I took off a little grime. It must not take much to bind or the motor is getting weak.

More likely the antenna mast cable is broken. Easy fix - PM me or do a search for it here on the forum. Lots of threads on this topic.

You sound familiar with these types of problems. I need to replace the
one in my '94. Can you advise? I did a forum search, but didn't come
up with much. I need to know how to REMOVE my antenna. THANKS.
