Does anyone know where I can find a stock CD player for my '95 coupe. I want a CD player and the stock look.

Look for one that has a broken CD player - you can get a unit for $100-$150.00 and then send it to Dr. Don's Radio repair in Texas - he will make it like new for $150.00.

So you will pay $300 and have at least a 1 year warranty.

I think new the unit goes for $500.00.

 

A new one is $500 from Doctor Don's. I wonder if he would take a trade on a rebuilt stock Bose cassette, for a Bose CD unit?

 

he won't give ya much probably $50 bucks tops.

I have a few cd players but they are for early ZR-1s with the orange face.
I believe yours has a white face. Dr. Don sells new front plates - they are like $40.

You may even get a working one for $150 and if it craps out later no big deal - you get it fixed at Dr. Dons.

Check Ebay and be patient.
