I’ll be in Cocoa Beach, FL for a week starting Nov 9th.
Are there any Corvette events scheduled in the area?
I’ll be stopping in at Ecklers.

There was a big event at Ecklers this past weekend, so I doubt that there will be anything there on Nov 9th weekend. Check with Roger's Corvette in Orlando, they may know something!

If you're gonna be around in time, you REALLY should come to this.

I will be doing the same but in Fort Myers Beach 11-04 though 10-12. You might try these local vette clubs to see if any thing going on near your vacation area.

Stay Enjoy The Beach .... JC

Do you guys that live in small states realise that it's 150 miles from Cocoa Beach to Tampa?

I grew up in Cocoa Beach and on Merritt Island, still go there alot, not much happens around there. If you want to go to big things theres Bike Weeks twice a year and the occasional thing like at Ecklers, but tampa is quite a ride away.

Ok, it's a trip across the state, but when you travel in excess of 1250 miles to get there, what's another 150 once you're there.

Every Easter I go down to visit the in-laws, we end up putting 500 miles on in less than a week traveling around the State from Leesburg.

that's why I like Orlando... 30 mins from Cocoa, hour from Tampa

Check out the local Corvette club websites for Florida.. just google "florida corvette clubs" and check some of their calendars out.

I will be out of town that weekend, so I don't think there was much going on then...
