Run an advanced search in tech/performance for dakota digital (archives).
I've been in on several topics where this has been discussed in some detail
There should be a few that mention vss wiring and pin locations in the cluster. I'm too lazy to dig for it now.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction
Update:
With a little digging, I found the cluster pinouts here
D11 and D12 are both labeled as VSS wires ( In and out respectufully)
In hooking up navigation, which would be the "correct" VSS wire? D12?
D12 appears to be a pulse, D11 seems to be variable.
Anyone know colors for these?

Only thing I can find while I'm at work. Perhaps it will help. I will check in my FSM tomorrow if needed. AGENT 86 did this for you. Gee he sure is nice.
