Rear fender lights...
Are there supposed to be lights in there? Because I gots not lights... Nada when the headlights are on, nada when the turn signals are on. are they just reflectors or are they supposed to have a working bulb in there?
Q2: HTH do I get in there to replace them?

Are you talking about the lens assembly right behind the rear wheel? If so, the clear lens is for your backup lights, as Kalister mentioned. Just reach your hand up under the fender and turn the lamp socket to pull it out. Should be an 1156 bulb.
To see if the bulb is working, turn your lights on and put the gear selector in reverse. Your reverse lights should be on. Car does not need to be running.

Yes- the lights right behidn the wheels.
So they don't have any running lights in them? I'm trying to figure out why my turn signals flash fast. Generally it's because there's a bulb out....

Yep, there is a running light AND a backup light in there. Don't know why these would affect turn signal function, though.
