Default Project lowered completed!!

Well, it is official. The vette is off the jackstands. Started out lowering it and then the project became big. You just can't lower it without adding a few other things. The old saying "well since I'm here I might as well". That saying keep on going till I was done.
$$$ later. With only able to work on weekends and back order parts didn't help either it took 2 1/2 months. The list: Mid Amer lowering kit, Mid Amer upgraded frt spring retainers, VBP poly cushions, VBP sport rear spring, VBP 32mm sway bar w/poly bushing, VBP poly LCA bushings, VBP poly UCA bushings, VBP poly tie rod boots, VBP poly ball joint boots, painted calipers, alot of cleaning, alot of polishing, alot of hard work, and alot of cold weekends. And the results:
Before:

After:

Some of the clean up:

And the callipers with the rim on:

I did take it out today and I thought that it would ride a little rough. Actually, it rode real nice. When I hit a somewhat of a dip then you felt it. Other than that it felt better that stock. It definitely can fly around corners.
Thanks to CF and there members for all the info I was able to retrieve. I didn't feel I was going in blind. Now it is back in the garage for some engine MODS>.

You guys were very helpful. I believed I spoke to Frank. I think that was his name. I was a little confused about the UCA bushing and Frank clear it up for me. He also walk me through the install of the UCA bushings. Now that is good customer service. Thanks for being there. Ed

I'll be running in street prepared (BSP) this year. I'm sure is will take a little getting use to with the suspension upgades at first. I'm 6'1 and have to run with the top off when I have my helmet on. I barely have enough room with the roof on and no helmet. If I were coming towards you I look like baby hugie with my head sticking up like that..
