I'll put it this way; I left a bachelor party tonight that ended up at the strip club so I could drive 2 hours in a hard down pour back home. I had planed on staying the night but I got bored with my former UA frat bros. While on the way to the club a C6 vrooomed bye and I couldn't stand it any longer.
There's nothing else out there that gives me the satisfaction and excitement as the Corvette. I love football but hate going to games. I'd rather stay home and drive 100 miles one way and turn around for no particular reason and go home. Oh I forgot while driving back tonight in a hard rain I drove 20 miles out of the way to hit the local Chevy Dealership to check out those bad boy C6's.
yep,certainly are obssesed!
how could you not be with such awsome, sleek, sexy, kick *** georgous car!
"VETTES ARE THE BEST,CHUCK OUT THE REST"
no more to say guys!
What are you saying here. When your older and retired, you don't have to drive as much and you have plenty of time to work on your hobbies. I think that you going in the opposite direction may just be the heading the wrong way.
I know I am, knowing that I'll make the money to buy one in the summer got me through my entire 1st year of engineering. Every time I see one on the road I have to point them out as well. Ever since I was 5 I fell in love with the C4 esp. when my cousin bought a blue C4.
obsessed? Humm? Let's see I drove mine to work this morning. Parked in front space in lot and have been outside four times so far this morning to check on her. (It's 9:30 and have been here since 8) Don't know if i'm obsessed or more like a father watching over his 16 year old daughter.
Obsessed...oh you bettcha.
Like many it started as a kid, as I got older purchased other cars (Mustang/Z28/Firebird/etc) to try to fill the void because a Vette wasn't pratical. This is my second vette, I sold my first when my daughter was born.
I read a few posts about wives and vettes ...luckly for me my wife supports my obsession. Here's a Hot Wheels C3 Vette she painted when we were dating...23 years ago.

Let's see. I've got almost as much in a Corvette that's worth $10K or so as I spent 15 years ago on the materials for building the house I live in. Nah, I'm not obsessed.
if you don't have a boner when you are looking your vette your ok
:o Uh,well,..You see, I've had this problem for about 2 months now since I've bought my first Vette and uh,Oh hell forget it now,y'all say I'm not O.K.:o
Ok mine now officially has a name. Rhiannon for the White Witch cause she is white over red. I am going to get a name plate for the front bumper tomorrow and the wife is paying for it. Isnt she cool? The car I mean not the wife LOL !

If that's your wife in your avatar I would definitely not be obsessed with the Vette. Any Vette. At least for a year....................
I call mine "Ruby" or "Rube" for short, but that name could apply to any 40th Anniversary editions (RPO25). I would say the only obsessive behavior I traffic in is picturing in my mind what the Vette looked like for any given year. Like when a date is mentioned on TV or on the radio. I try to picture what Vettes looked like that year.
